Return an order
Right to return
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has a right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the product. The products must be unused and able to be sold as new. Inform our customer service of the return: sales@pussikeskus.fi or +358 9 350 5060 and you will get a guide for returning. If the reason for returning a product is anything other than a fault in the product, Pussikeskus Oy has the right to charge you for the return.
