This is the customer register and privacy policy description of Pussikeskus Oy that aligns with the Personal Data Act (§ 10 and 24) and the European General Data Protection Regulation. Founded 24.05.2018. Latest changes in 24.05.2018.

4. Purpose of register

Personal data is used e.g. for the following purposes:

- Ordering and delivering products

- Tending to the customer relationship

- Keeping in contact with our customers

- Marketing

The legal basis for saving registered information is a legal right based on the customer right. The processing regarding those that have signed for the newsletter is based on consent.

Your information will not be used for automatised decisions or profiling.

5. Contents of register

We may collect the following information: your name, company/organisation, Business ID, contact information (dial, e-mail, address), billing information, and other information regarding the customer relationship and ordered services.

6. Sources of information by the rules

Information saved in the register is collected from the messages you have sent through online forms, your phone, our agreements, our meetings and other situations in which the customer gives their information.

7. Giving information by the rules and transferring them outside of the EU or ETA

No information will be given any other third parties than our business partners, such as shipping companies for deliveries (address and dial). Information can be published as we have agreed together.

8. Basis of protecting the register

We are careful when processing registers and all information processed with the aid of an information system will be protected properly. All web servers that contain register information are properly taken care of, concerning both the physical and digital privacy policy. The owner of the register is in charge of making sure that all saved information and the right to use the server and other information that is critical for the safety of an individual's personal data will be processed with confidentiality and only by those, whose job description includes the field.

9. Controlling your personal information

Each person in the customer register is entitled to check the information collected about themselves and demand for fixing flase information or filling in missing information. In case you want to check the information concerning yourself or demand fixing, you must send a written request to the owner of the register who may ask for proof of your identity if needed. The owner of the register will respond within the time set by the GDPR (typically within a month).

10. Other rights regarding the processing of personal data

Each person in the customer register is entitled to ask for removal of all their information ("the right to be forgotten"). Likewise, as a part of the register, you have all the other rights in accordance to the GDPR, such as restricting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests are to be sent as written to the owner of the customer register who may ask for proof of your identity if needed. The owner of the register will respond within the time set by the GDPR (typically within a month).
